Geoff’s journey with Kitchell began in 2001 as an intern, and over the past two decades, he has accumulated extensive leadership experience across a wide array of markets, contributing to every stage of capital improvement planning and execution.

Bachanas has played a crucial role in the company’s success, especially in the Southern California region, where he has managed projects totaling more than $5 billion. His leadership experience includes roles as Project Manager, Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Southern California Regional Executive, where he drove results and fostered a collaborative work environment.
As the newly appointed President, Bachanas will continue to lead Kitchell CEM in delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex capital projects, while fostering a supportive and innovative company culture.
