The project marks the completion of a 145-foot-tall structure that brings new condominium housing and retail space to a prominent corner just south of Chelsea.
Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by Izaki Group, the building spans approximately 123,000 square feet and delivers 68 condominium units alongside two ground-floor retail storefronts. The property is also addressed as 100–106 West 14th Street and sits at the intersection of West 14th Street and Sixth Avenue.
Recent progress has seen the removal of construction barriers and fencing, revealing the building’s detailed façade and large window openings along Sixth Avenue. Crews are now completing final interior work on retail spaces and entry points, signaling the project’s transition from construction to occupancy readiness.
