Regional consolidation in residential service contracting is gaining another platform as Titan Trades Alliance adds Semper Fi Heating & Cooling of Mesa, Arizona, to its growing network. The addition follows Titan’s August launch with Wilson Plumbing & Heating in Ohio and expands the alliance’s presence across the Southwest.
Titan’s public materials now identify Semper Fi and Wilson as partner brands, with the platform reporting operations across seven markets and more than 700 employees. The alliance is targeting established residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical businesses as it builds its regional network.
Semper Fi Heating & Cooling is based in Mesa and provides heating, cooling and plumbing services in Arizona and Nevada. Its addition gives Titan a regional platform in two major Southwestern markets and complements Wilson’s Midwest footprint.
Wilson, based in Stow, Ohio, joined Titan as a founding partner in August. The company operates across five Midwest markets and had nearly 260 employees when its partnership with Titan was announced.
Titan’s current network represents a broader geographic footprint than its initial launch, with its public materials listing seven markets and more than 700 employees.
Financial terms of the Semper Fi partnership were not disclosed.
Titan’s partnership model is focused on established residential service businesses rather than replacing their existing local identities. The alliance says it seeks operators with strong local brands, experienced teams and annual revenue of at least $20 million.
Under the model, partner businesses retain their individual brands while gaining access to resources in areas such as finance, analytics, technology and growth support.
The strategy follows the experience of Titan’s founders, Joe Delaney, Jordan Dubin and Sean Slazyk, who previously built Guild Garage Group and later launched Galaxy Service Partners in the commercial doors and access-control sector.
Titan represents their expansion into residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services.
Adding a Mesa-based HVAC and plumbing operator gives Titan a presence in markets where residential service contractors face demand from both established operators and expanding consolidation platforms.
The Phoenix-area and Las Vegas markets also give the alliance access to large metropolitan service territories, while Wilson provides an established Midwest operating base.
For owners considering a strategic partnership or sale, Titan’s early expansion provides another potential buyer or operating platform. Its approach also illustrates how local service brands can become part of larger networks while maintaining their existing market identities.
Titan’s addition of Semper Fi less than a month after announcing Wilson demonstrates a rapid early expansion strategy for its residential trades platform.
For HVAC, plumbing and electrical business owners, the development adds another emerging consolidator to an increasingly active M&A market. The alliance’s focus on established operators, local branding and regional leadership may also influence how independent service contractors evaluate partnership and exit opportunities.
