Us Construction has officially introduced a new brand identity, marking a major milestone in its evolution as one of South Florida’s prominent construction firms.

The Miami-based contractor unveiled its refreshed branding and tagline, “Together. The Power of Us,” during a private industry event held at Bouchon Bistro—a flagship project that reflects the company’s design expertise and collaborative approach.
The rebrand includes a shift from “U.S. Construction” to “Us Construction,” emphasizing a people-first philosophy centered on teamwork, partnerships and shared success.
“This rebrand reflects who we have always been at our core,” said Rafael Reyes. “The ‘Us’ is more than our name; it represents our clients, our teams, our partners and our community. When we build together, we build better. That is the power of Us.”
Founded in 1977, Us Construction has built a strong presence across South Florida, delivering projects throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The company’s updated identity reinforces its long-standing focus on collaboration, accountability and long-term client relationships.
Hosting the launch event at Bouchon Bistro—helmed by renowned chef Thomas Keller—was a strategic choice. The venue exemplifies the precision and design quality that define the firm’s portfolio.
Guests at the event experienced immersive presentations showcasing nearly five decades of completed projects, reflecting the company’s growth and industry impact.
The company has experienced rapid growth in recent years, including a significant revenue increase between 2023 and 2024. This momentum is expected to continue into 2026 as the firm expands into new sectors and strengthens its leadership framework.
Us Construction has delivered high-profile hospitality and retail projects, including venues like Giselle Rooftop, Rosemary’s and Red Rooster, as well as key developments within Miami Worldcenter in partnership with Merrimac Ventures.
In aviation, the firm has completed more than 60 projects at Miami International Airport, including premium airline lounges that serve millions of travelers annually.
Beyond urban developments, the company has also executed complex projects in challenging environments such as the Florida Keys, including luxury destinations like Little Palm Island Resort and Isla Bella Beach Resort.
“Us Construction completed a complex renovation within our club just last year with exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism,” said Alfredo Jara. “Led by Rafael Reyes, their team not only delivered an outstanding result but also meaningful relationships with our staff, management team and board that have endured well beyond the project itself. Their flexibility, ‘yes-can-do’ mindset and resilience in overcoming challenges truly set them apart as industry leaders, and we are excited to work together again in the future.”
Looking ahead, Us Construction is broadening its capabilities beyond hospitality and aviation into sectors such as luxury residential, industrial development and data centers. The company is also investing in leadership development programs and operational strategies, including frameworks designed to enhance team performance and client outcomes.

Upcoming projects include collaborations with major hospitality brands such as Fogo de Chão, Kiki on the River, La Pecora Bianca and Smith & Wollensky, along with continued work at Miami International Airport.
With leadership spanning multiple generations of the Reyes family, the firm is positioning itself for long-term, sustainable growth while maintaining its core emphasis on relationships and collaboration.
Us Construction’s rebrand is more than a name change—it reflects a strategic effort to align its identity with its culture, growth ambitions and expanding project portfolio, reinforcing its role as a major player in South Florida’s construction landscape.
