SAN FRANCISCO — Building owners and owner’s representatives using PRIVV will gain access to AI-supported project delivery services through a new partnership with Zero RFI, bringing document, drawing and project-decision intelligence into existing capital project workflows.
The partnership combines PRIVV’s capital project management platform with Zero RFI’s Foundation Zero intelligence layer and Project Delivery Services. The arrangement is designed to help owners identify project risks and coordination issues within the data already being managed through PRIVV, without requiring customers to move to another project management platform.
Foundation Zero is designed to connect drawings, documents and project decisions into a consolidated view of an active project. Zero RFI said the system can identify potential risks with project context, including coordination gaps, stakeholder issues and incomplete closeout documentation.
For owners and owner’s representatives, the approach places project intelligence alongside information covering budgets, schedules and procurement. Zero RFI Project Managers can work directly within PRIVV engagements, using the information already available through the platform.
The companies said the technology is intended to support project teams across the building lifecycle rather than operate as a separate software application. Zero RFI described Foundation Zero as the infrastructure used across its own engagements with architects, engineers, contractors and owners.
Under the partnership, PRIVV customers can access Zero RFI’s Project Delivery Services on active or upcoming projects. The services are intended to combine human project management with AI-supported analysis of project information.
PRIVV, founded in 2023 and based in Scottsdale, Arizona, provides capital project management technology for building owners and owner’s representatives. The company said it has managed more than $4 billion in capital projects for institutions and advisory firms.
Zero RFI operates as an owner’s representative and construction management platform, with locations in Atlanta, San Francisco, Boston, New York and Denver. The company said its Foundation Zero platform is deployed across its owner-focused project delivery operations.
The partnership reflects a growing use of AI and digital project-management tools to organize information generated during design and construction. For owners, bringing project documentation, schedules, budgets and decisions into connected workflows can support earlier identification of issues that may affect project delivery.
Zero RFI and PRIVV are applying that approach specifically to the owner and owner’s representative side of capital projects. The companies said PRIVV customers can begin accessing Zero RFI Project Delivery Services through their existing account teams.
The partnership gives building owners using PRIVV access to AI-supported project intelligence and project delivery personnel without requiring a platform migration. The combination places document analysis, project information and human project management within the same capital project workflow, creating another technology option for owners managing complex construction programs.
