
ACES Expands U.S. Footprint With Acquisition of Meskel & Associates Engineering
ACES US Holding Inc. has expanded its presence in the United States with the acquisition of Meskel & Associates Engineering, strengthening its capabilities across the Southeast construction and infrastructure markets.
The deal, announced April 20, builds on ACES’ broader growth strategy and follows its earlier acquisition of MC2 Engineers Inc. in 2022. Together, the combined platform enhances the company’s service offerings and geographic reach in key markets such as Florida and Georgia.
Strategic expansion across Southeast markets
Meskel & Associates Engineering, headquartered in Jacksonville, brings more than 18 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction engineering and inspection (CEI), materials testing and environmental consulting.
The firm employs over 50 staff and operates a CMEC-certified and Florida Department of Transportation-qualified laboratory. With additional facilities in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta, the acquisition increases ACES’ regional workforce to more than 200 employees.
The combined organization will continue to serve a broad range of clients, including federal agencies, the Florida Department of Transportation, municipalities, general contractors and private developers.
