
Construction on one of Bay Harbor Islands’ newest luxury waterfront residential projects has reached a significant milestone. PPG Development has officially topped off Bay Harbor Towers, advancing the eight-story condominium closer to its projected 2026 completion date and marking accelerating buyer interest in one of Miami’s most in-demand enclaves.

The topping-off celebration took place on November 18, 2025, drawing roughly 100 real estate leaders, brokers, partners and stakeholders. Several recent contract signings—including a newly secured penthouse—have pushed Bay Harbor Towers to the 75% sold threshold, leaving only nine homes starting at $2.6 million and two penthouses starting at $10 million still available.
