Ben Bruns assumes the role of Vice President of Modular, transitioning from his previous position as Vice President and General Manager of Northern Operations. With over two decades of experience in business development, project management, and engineering, Bruns brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. He expressed enthusiasm about the potential of modular construction to deliver more predictable and reliable outcomes nationwide.

Melanie Taylor, the newly appointed Vice President of Boldt Modular’s Manufacturing, previously served as Vice President of Self-Performed Operations during her nearly two-decade tenure at Boldt. Known for her forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation, Taylor emphasized the importance of modular and prefabrication techniques in shaping the future of the construction industry.
