With more than two decades of experience in the construction field, Christi has made a notable impact on the industry. As CEO of BuilderFax, she is dedicated to simplifying credential management for construction workers, ensuring they remain employed and prepared for new opportunities. Her impressive background includes senior leadership roles at Kiewit and Skanska, where she drove significant improvements in business processes and workforce management.
Christi's leadership has garnered recognition throughout her career, particularly during her tenure at Kiewit, where she established the company’s first shared service department, and at Skanska, where she enhanced the HR service delivery model and workforce analytics. Additionally, she has partnered with local schools and construction firms to foster workforce development within the community.
A strong advocate for mentoring future leaders in construction, Christi is a certified CliftonStrengths coach. She has supported individuals at all levels—from interns to executives—in their personal and professional growth. Her commitment to enhancing employee experiences led her to found ALTA Consulting, focusing on workforce engagement.
