Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned contractor ranked among ENR’s Top 400 firms, has named Heather Tuskowski as vice president of operations for its Atlanta business unit, the company announced this week.
Veteran Construction Leader Joins Atlanta Business Unit
Based in Lakewood, Colorado, Catamount said Tuskowski brings more than 25 years of experience spanning construction operations, leadership, and project delivery across the Southeast. Her portfolio includes work in hospitality, office, retail, medical, and government sectors, with a track record of leading complex, high-profile developments. Most recently, she held a senior leadership role at Winter Construction.

In her new role, Tuskowski will help guide Catamount’s operational strategy throughout the Southeast, supporting regional expansion while advancing the company’s diversification efforts across multiple construction markets. The firm said she will also play a key role in strengthening leadership development initiatives at every level of the organization.
A U.S. Army veteran and a graduate of Bucknell University, Tuskowski is known for her disciplined, people-centered leadership style and strong operational mindset. Catamount said those qualities align closely with the company’s employee-owned culture and long-term growth strategy.
The appointment comes as Catamount continues to expand its geographic footprint and project portfolio nationwide. The contractor has been ranked among Engineering News-Record’s Top 400 National Contractors for 18 consecutive years and provides general contracting, construction management, design-build, and sustainable construction services.
Catamount currently serves clients across industrial, multifamily, healthcare, office, retail, energy, automotive, and government markets, with offices in Atlanta, Denver, San Antonio, Savannah, and Tampa.
