LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, has appointed Lara Vincent as Director of Business Development for its Denver business unit.
Vincent brings nearly two decades of experience in Colorado’s construction industry, with a proven record of leading client pursuits and relationship-building that has generated more than $11.5 billion in project opportunities across education, healthcare, and specialized markets. Her knowledge of regional trends and client needs will help Catamount strengthen partnerships and deliver greater value throughout each project lifecycle.

In addition to her business development work, Vincent is an active industry leader. She serves on the BEST Capital Construction Assistance Board (CCAB), is a member of the Colorado Association of School Business Officials (CASBO), and contributes to the Englewood Schools Long Range Planning Committee. She is also involved with A4LE (Association for Learning Environments), where she serves on the Membership Committee—reflecting her commitment to advancing the AEC sector and supporting community growth.
Vincent is a graduate of Colorado State University, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management, and she is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC). She also completed the AGC Executive Leadership Academy in 2016.
