Catamount Constructors Welcomes Wes Saleeb as Tampa Director of Preconstruction
LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, has announced that Wes Saleeb has joined the company as Director of Preconstruction in its Tampa office. With nearly 10 years of experience leading preconstruction teams and overseeing large-scale estimating efforts across Florida and beyond, Saleeb brings a track record of building strong client partnerships and delivering strategic project solutions.
Prior to joining Catamount, Saleeb served as Florida Preconstruction Leader at Walbridge, where he managed a multidisciplinary team responsible for conceptual budgets, benchmarking strategies, and Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs). He also introduced innovative approaches in constructability reviews, subcontractor engagement, and preconstruction benchmarking practices. His earlier leadership roles at The Beck Group, Batson-Cook Construction, DPR Construction, and Hensel Phelps Construction Co. included contributions to a wide variety of commercial, institutional, and federal projects.
Saleeb’s expertise spans multiple sectors, but he is particularly known for his work on complex healthcare facilities, guiding projects from early design stages through execution. His portfolio includes both private development and high-value federal work, reflecting his ability to navigate diverse project delivery methods.

Saleeb holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from MSA University (validated by Greenwich University, UK).
