LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, has announced the promotion of Dominic De La Garza to Project Executive, advancing from his previous role as Senior Project Manager.
Since joining Catamount in 2022, Dominic has been recognized for combining strategic oversight with genuine relationship-building on every project. His promotion highlights his dedication to operational excellence and his ability to build trust — both on job sites and in boardrooms.
Dominic has played a critical role in expanding Catamount’s presence by nurturing long-term partnerships and cultivating new client relationships. His leadership has been instrumental in securing repeat business, a testament to the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
In his new position, Dominic will continue to oversee complex projects from preconstruction through completion, mentor project teams, and act as a trusted advisor to Catamount’s clients nationwide.

Dominic holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Project Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
