ConWize Expands Procore Integration to Streamline Construction Bidding and Estimating
ConWize, a cloud-based construction bidding and estimating software platform, announced today an expanded integration with Procore® through the Procore App Marketplace. The integration enables construction teams to connect preconstruction bidding and estimating workflows in ConWize with project execution workflows in Procore via secure API connections.
This integration is designed to support contractors who rely on specialized estimating and bidding tools while maintaining Procore as their core construction project management system. Bidirectional API Integration for Flexible Workflows
The ConWize–Procore integration supports two common construction workflows, depending on where a project originates:
When a project begins in ConWize, estimating teams manage bids, estimates, and tender documentation within the ConWize platform. Once a bid is won, key project data is transmitted to Procore via API, including project details, documentation, companies and contacts, and—most critically—the approved project budget. This ensures that execution teams in Procore begin work with accurate, structured financial data from the tender stage.
When a project begins in Procore, project data such as documents, companies, and contacts can be sent to ConWize to support bidding and cost estimation with suppliers and subcontractors. Estimating and bid analysis are completed in ConWize, and once the project is awarded, the finalized budget is sent back to Procore to support downstream project management and cost control.
Across both workflows, the integration focuses on maintaining data continuity between preconstruction and execution without duplicating effort or introducing manual errors.
Improving Accuracy in Bidding and Cost Estimation
ConWize automates core tendering and estimating processes, including:
• Building scopes of work using Bills of Quantities (BOQs) • Managing supplier and subcontractor bidding processes • Producing accurate cost estimates using direct and indirect cost models • Applying reusable overhead templates for consistent estimating •Monitoring risks and anomalies through KPI-based analysis • Reusing historical tender data to improve future estimates
By systematizing these activities, ConWize helps contractors reduce estimation errors, shorten tender preparation time, and improve bid comparison accuracy before budgets are transferred to execution teams in Procore.
