
Longtime Team Members Kevin Kramer and Nick Moulinet Take on Elevated Roles to Advance DPR’s Mission in Texas and Beyond
DALLAS, TX, May 22, 2025 – In a move to reinforce its commitment to high-performance building and customer-focused innovation, DPR Construction has promoted two of its veteran leaders to key roles in the company’s Central Region. The strategic leadership appointments are designed to help DPR strengthen client relationships, drive operational excellence, and expand its footprint across Texas and the Mountain States.
Kevin Kramer to Lead DPR’s Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit
Kevin Kramer has been appointed Business Unit Leader for the Dallas-Fort Worth region, where he will oversee more than 1,000 administrative and craft employees and lead operations that generated $764 million in revenue in 2024. With over a decade at DPR, Kramer has consistently delivered on the firm’s mission to help customers achieve their goals—particularly in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
Kramer brings a deep understanding of the market and a proven track record of executing projects that align with clients’ business objectives. Prior to this appointment, he was a member of the Dallas-Fort Worth Business Unit Leadership Team and played a critical role in shaping strategy for DPR’s Commercial Core Market in the region.

Nick Moulinet to Spearhead Business Development Across Central Region
Meanwhile, Nick Moulinet is stepping into an expanded position as Central Region Business Development Leader. Moulinet, who has been instrumental in shaping Austin’s skyline through landmark projects, will now take a broader leadership role across multiple markets, including Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Jackson, WY.
In this role, Moulinet will lead strategic efforts to connect clients across the region with DPR’s full spectrum of integrated services, including preconstruction, design integration, sustainability, and self-perform capabilities. His leadership is expected to further strengthen DPR’s customer relationships while expanding the company’s influence in fast-growing regions.
