ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Eagleview has unveiled Eagleview Horizon, a new agentic artificial intelligence platform designed to reshape how construction, insurance and infrastructure professionals interact with property data and geospatial intelligence.

The platform leverages more than two decades of aerial imagery and property data collected through Eagleview’s nationwide fleet to deliver advanced analytics and insights. Built on the company’s Eagleview One platform, Horizon integrates proprietary imagery with external datasets to enable users to identify risks, opportunities and operational strategies in real time.

Eagleview said the new system introduces agent-to-agent capabilities, allowing external AI systems to directly integrate with its geospatial intelligence engine. This functionality is expected to streamline workflows and improve decision-making across industries that rely heavily on accurate property data.

AI-Driven Insights Across Multiple Industries

According to the company, Eagleview Horizon is designed to address real-world challenges across a wide range of sectors, including construction, roofing, insurance, property management and government planning.

“We've spent more than twenty years building the most comprehensive property dataset in the country. Eagleview Horizon is transformative; it leverages our proprietary imagery and property intelligence at a scale we know no competitor can replicate,” said Piers Dormeyer, chief executive officer of Eagleview. “Eagleview Horizon represents unrivaled advancement in a geospatial intelligence engine. It helps power more trusted decisions. And, because every answer traces back to verified data built on our industry-leading, high-resolution imagery, Eagleview Horizon can be trusted with every business decision that matters.”

The platform enables users to perform complex analyses through natural language queries. For example, roofing contractors can identify aging roofs in storm-affected areas, while insurance claims managers can prioritize inspections based on predicted damage severity. Property managers and infrastructure operators can assess maintenance risks and track asset changes over time.

Additionally, architecture, engineering and construction professionals can use the platform to evaluate site selection by analyzing parcel characteristics, historical weather impacts and flood risk exposure.

Expanding Access to Geospatial Intelligence Through AI

Eagleview Horizon incorporates more than 20 tools and multiple integrations that support agentic workflows, allowing users to filter, score and export property data within a single session. The system is designed not only to answer queries but also to surface insights users may not have initially considered.

“Eagleview Horizon is not just a natural language-based search engine. It is a powerful agentic partner transforming how our customers will be able to work with geospatial intelligence all along their workflows,” said Tripp Cox, chief technology officer at Eagleview. “And as a result, Eagleview Horizon delivers high-confidence operational efficiency and improved business outcomes. These are real results based on accurate and verified data and actual property intelligence.”

Industry users are already highlighting efficiency gains. “Identifying prospects for roofing projects used to take hours and required bouncing between three or four different tools and technology platforms,” said Bert Hess. “Eagleview Horizon does this in one place and does it better. It delivers those qualified prospects in just a few minutes. The targeting and time-saving capabilities are a game-changer for more effective canvassing.”

The platform is expected to impact industries representing more than $1 trillion in annual U.S. economic activity, including insurance, construction and property management, where accurate data and predictive insights are increasingly critical.

Eagleview Horizon will be available by invitation starting June 1 through the Eagleview One platform, with interested users able to join a waitlist for early access.
