Evergreen Holdings Acquires Modular Power & Data, Expanding Electrical Manufacturing Capabilities
Strategic addition strengthens abilityto deliver integrated manufacturing and construction solutions across theelectrical construction lifecycle
EAGAN, Minn., June 30, 2026 – Evergreen Holdings Corporation, an employee-owned organizationwhose member companies independently and collectively deliver exceptionalconstruction solutions, has acquired ModularPower & Data (MPD), a Wisconsin-based manufacturer specializing inpower distribution solutions and modularized infrastructure products.

Founded in 2020, MPD operates in Dane andCudahy, Wis., and serves customers in mission-critical digital infrastructure,electrical construction, manufacturing and energy, developing a range of powerdistribution and modularized infrastructure solutions. MPD specializes inmultiple UL-listed products, including a complete line of industrial andcommercial switchboards (UL891), panelboards (UL67), automation control panels(UL508A) and remote power panels. MPD also produces precision bus barsolutions, generator docking stations, electrical enclosures and cabinets(UL50) and enclosed circuit breakers (UL489).
Additionally, MPD is ISO 9001 certified,reflecting its focus on consistent quality, process control and customersatisfaction. Their products are built and tested in accordance with applicableNEMA, ANSI and IEEE standards, and UL listed to ensure safety and performance.
