Eyrus has introduced a new AI-powered platform, Eyrus Lens, aimed at transforming how construction professionals interact with jobsite data. Designed as an “agentic AI,” Lens operates within existing worksite systems to provide instant insights, automated reporting, and predictive analytics.

The tool is built for a wide range of construction stakeholders, including superintendents, safety managers, and project administrators, allowing them to access critical information whether they are in the field or working remotely.

“You don’t have time to go digging for data in construction, especially when you’re in the field,” said Alex McManus, CEO of Eyrus. “Lens lives in your worksite data, analyzing your data and answering your questions immediately. Send a text, get an answer, plus have a detailed report waiting in your inbox. With Lens available by text, email, and in-app chat, we meet Eyrus users where they are working.”

Real-Time Data Access and Automation

Lens allows users to ask simple, real-time questions about workforce activity and site performance. For example, project teams can quickly check daily trade counts, compare labor hours against forecasts, or track when specific crews arrive on site.

The system also automates repetitive reporting tasks. Users can schedule updates such as daily workforce summaries, safety scorecards, or alerts when workers exceed set hour limits. This reduces administrative workload while ensuring consistent monitoring of site conditions.

Predictive Insights and Smarter Decision-Making

Beyond responding to direct queries, Lens is designed to analyze patterns and surface insights that may not be immediately visible. It can identify trends, highlight risks, and suggest improvements related to safety and productivity.

Asked to introduce itself, Lens said, “I'm Eyrus Lens - your AI-powered construction site assistant. I monitor your workforce data in real time and deliver instant answers on headcount, labor hours, contractor performance, safety risks, and compliance -- all via text, email, [or in-app chat].”

The platform is powered by Anthropic’s Claude model and operates as a network of specialized AI agents, each handling different analytical tasks. This multi-agent structure enables deeper insights and more responsive data analysis.

Security and Industry Impact

Eyrus emphasized that Lens was developed with strict data security protocols. The system only interacts with authenticated users within its platform and does not have independent authority over data access decisions.

Currently available in private beta, Lens reflects a broader trend toward AI-driven construction management tools. As jobsite data becomes increasingly complex, solutions like Lens aim to simplify workflows, enhance safety oversight, and support faster, more informed decision-making across projects.

With growing demand for real-time intelligence in construction, Eyrus Lens positions itself as a next-generation solution for improving efficiency and unlocking the full value of jobsite data.
