Granger Construction Promotes Three Leaders to Executive Vice President Posts

LANSING, Mich. — Granger Construction continues to focus on growth and succession planning as CEO Glenn Granger announces the promotion of three key leaders to Executive Vice President: Chris Duprey, Rob Train, and Tim VanAntwerp.
“These individuals have been instrumental in shaping Granger Construction into the thriving company it is today,” said Glenn Granger. “Their leadership, dedication and expertise are vital as we look toward the future.”
Chris Duprey – EVP, CFO

Chris Duprey, who joined Granger as Controller in 2013, has steadily advanced through the company, taking on roles including Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. In his new role as EVP/CFO, Chris will continue to oversee the company's financial operations, managing banking, surety, and risk management relationships. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Professional Accountancy from Walsh College, along with certifications as a CPA and CCIFP.
Rob Train – EVP, Operations

Rob Train’s journey at Granger began in 2001 as an Estimator and Project Manager. With extensive experience in the industry, Rob has led key projects, including the establishment of a regional office in Columbus, OH. As EVP of Operations, Rob will focus on driving strategic growth and overseeing the company's operations. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and certification as a LEED Green Associate.
Tim VanAntwerp – EVP, Business Development
Tim VanAntwerp, who has been with Granger since 2000, leads the company’s Business Development efforts. He brings diverse expertise, from construction operations to legal work, holding both a Civil Engineering degree and a Juris Doctor. Over his 25 years with the company, Tim has played a key role in securing significant projects and expanding Granger’s market reach.

Together, these three leaders bring nearly 60 years of experience to their new roles, contributing to Granger Construction's impressive growth and expansion. The company’s President, Dennis Carignan, will continue to lead the organization, while Chairman Alton Granger remains a key figure in the company's continued success.
