The newly formed entity, IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino, brings together Ironclad, Mersino and Global Pump into a single operator designed to streamline project delivery and reduce inefficiencies associated with fragmented service models.

Industry leaders say water and liquid management has historically been handled by multiple vendors, often resulting in coordination challenges, delays and unclear accountability. The new platform seeks to address those issues by offering a unified solution covering the entire liquid lifecycle — from engineering and equipment to execution and management.

Unified Model Targets Industry Fragmentation

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is structured to deliver a single contract and a single point of accountability for complex projects, a shift the companies describe as a fundamental change in how liquid management services are delivered.

“For decades, we’ve built our businesses around performance in the field,” said Gino Mersino, CEO. “By bringing Ironclad, Mersino, and Global Pump together, we are expanding that capability at scale. Our customers have trusted us with critical parts of their projects. Now they can rely on us to manage the entire liquid lifecycle with one team.”

The platform integrates Ironclad’s containment solutions, Mersino’s engineering expertise and Global Pump’s manufacturing capabilities. By combining these services under one umbrella, the company aims to improve coordination, accelerate project timelines and reduce operational risk.

The leadership team includes Gino Mersino as chief executive officer and Joseph Brunetti as president, both of whom emphasized the importance of accountability and performance in the new structure.

Scale and Integration Drive Capability

The platform is supported by a national footprint of more than 70 locations across the United States, along with a fleet of over 40,000 containment assets and more than 5,000 specialized pumps designed for critical applications.

Vertical integration through Global Pump allows the company to design, manufacture and maintain equipment in-house, which can improve reliability and response times on job sites. This capability is particularly important for infrastructure and industrial projects where downtime or system failures can lead to significant delays and cost overruns.

“The promise is outcomes,” said Joseph Brunetti, president. “When you remove fragmentation and put engineering, equipment, and execution under one platform, you reduce risk and increase certainty. That’s what this model delivers: one accountable partner from start to finish.”

The company said the integrated model enables faster mobilization and more consistent execution across regions, positioning it to support large-scale infrastructure and municipal projects that require coordinated water management solutions.

As construction projects grow more complex and demand greater efficiency, industry players are increasingly turning to integrated service platforms to improve performance and accountability. The launch of IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino reflects that broader shift, signaling a move toward consolidated solutions in a traditionally fragmented segment of the construction industry.
