JRA Construction LLC Certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council

BROOKFIELD (May 22, 2025) – JRA Construction is proud to announce its certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s leading third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women.

The WBENC standard of certification implemented by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council is a meticulous process that includes an in-depth review of the business and a site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm that a business is at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women, and that the business has the appropriate structure and strategic business planning in place.

JRA Construction, founded in 2016 by Jessica Adkins, is awoman-owned, licensed, RPP-certified, bilingual, DOT-registered truckingcompany offering semi and quad-axle trucking services. JRA’s drivers andsupport team members bring over 165 years of combined experience to everyproject.
