The renovation reflects Cartier’s long-standing heritage of artistry, engineering precision and brand storytelling. JRM carried out an extensive redesign that touched both the structural and experiential dimensions of the store, creating a contemporary yet timeless atmosphere aligned with Cartier’s global identity.

The build-out includes a new decorative staircase and elevator, a custom-crafted storefront, and textured ceilings featuring GRFG panels and integrated light coves. These elements are paired with exquisite mosaic floor tiling, stone wall paneling, and elegant chandeliers that elevate the boutique’s ambiance and reinforce its refined architectural character.

Beyond the luxury finishes, JRM also completed significant structural enhancements. The project features a new rooftop, upgraded mechanical systems, and a range of behind-the-scenes improvements that ensure the flagship’s infrastructure matches the sophistication of its design. The result is a space that is not only aesthetically exceptional but also engineered for long-term performance.

“We’re honored to have partnered with Cartier on this flagship transformation,” said Adam Spitalnick, VP, Managing Director of JRM South. “Our team delivered a retail environment that not only reflects Cartier’s heritage of luxury and design excellence but also elevates functionality, comfort, and experience for every visitor.”

This Miami flagship build-out further demonstrates JRM’s growing leadership in high-end retail construction. The firm continues to work with globally recognized luxury brands, offering a blend of craftsmanship, technical expertise, and an ownership-driven approach that ensures consistency across fast-track renovations and multi-year, multi-level developments.

The Miami Design District, known for its architectural innovation and premium retail presence, provides an ideal setting for Cartier’s revitalized flagship. The new boutique strengthens the brand’s footprint in the region and supports the district’s ongoing evolution as a hub for fashion, art and luxury experiences.
