KENPAT played a central role, completing both the building envelope and interior systems for the 111,736-square-foot Class-A office building. The firm achieved on-time delivery despite navigating evolving tenant requirements and global supply chain disruptions, demonstrating agility and problem-solving under pressure.
Meanwhile, the Tampa Convention Center Expansion added more than 23,500 square feet of premium space, including 18 new waterfront meeting rooms, all while the facility remained fully operational.
