JCCG’s Creekside Cottages moves forward
OPELIKA, Ala. – Land development is underway at Creekside Cottages build-to-rent (BTR) in Opelika, Alabama. Jim Chapman Construction Group has finished clearing and grading. Sewer and storm systems are underway, and curb, gutter and paving will start soon. Vertical construction is on track to begin in late December 2025.
