As Arizona Construction Job Numbers Hit 34% Higher than Pre-COVID Levels
Arizona is one of the fastest growing states in the country by population and is expected to have more than 195,000 open construction jobs by this December. Layton Construction is building their Arizona team to meet the demand and do so where the industry needs it most: design-build and designassist.
Tim Thielke, a licensed architect, comes to Layton with more than 25 years of industry experience and will support Layton’s early collaboration approach as demand skyrockets in the region.
“Layton is super proactive and highly aware of the demands of a design-build and design-assist experience. Introducing my design background to an already stellar construction team is exactly the forward thinking the industry needs right now,” said Thielke.
The highly collaborative nature of the design-build and design-assist delivery methods minimizes risk to owners and keeps schedules on time. Adding Thielke to the team will round out Layton’s team of experts in the field.
