ATLANTA, GEORGIA — McShane Construction Company has completed Ashley Scholars Landing II, a 212-unit mixed-income multifamily community developed for repeat client The Integral Group in Atlanta, Georgia. The newly delivered phase expands the larger Ashley Scholars Landing master-planned development and supports ongoing neighborhood revitalization efforts.
The community features 212 apartment units supported by a precast parking garage with 254 parking spaces and is situated on a 5.9-acre site. Designed as a three- and four-story residential building, the project blends durability and modern design with an exterior composed of Hardie siding and brick masonry.

The community also includes approximately 4,500 square feet of indoor amenity space, featuring a clubroom, fitness center, micro-offices, and a dedicated activity area designed to support both work and social engagement.
Outdoor amenities further enhance resident experience and community connectivity, with a resort-style pool area featuring cabanas and a walking park that encourages outdoor recreation and wellness.
Ashley Scholars Landing II was designed to achieve EarthCraft Gold Certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainable construction practices, energy efficiency, and long-term environmental performance. The architect of record for the project is JHP Architecture.
