McShane Construction Company Completes Ellison Cool Springs Luxury Apartments in Franklin, Tennessee

Nashville, Tennessee – McShane Construction Company is pleased to announce the completion of Ellison Cool Springs, a luxury multi-family development in Franklin, Tennessee, built on behalf of repeat client Flournoy Development Group in partnership with National Healthcare Corporation (NHC). The community integrates 332 apartments and 15 ground-floor retail spaces across three buildings.
