In his new role, Sci will lead a group of experts who work alongside corporate real estate teams to manage post-occupancy construction projects, improving efficiency and effectiveness across global markets.
Sci brings more than 25 years of expertise in corporate real estate, having worked in real estate divisions at renowned financial institutions such as Citigroup and GreenPoint Financial. Later, he took on the responsibility of managing a substantial office portfolio at JLL, where he refined his skills in real estate management and construction. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found his own project management and construction firm in 2017, allowing him to combine his extensive corporate real estate experience with a hands-on approach to construction.
