Driving Revenue Strategy and Market Expansion
In his new role, Novak will oversee worldwide revenue strategy, market execution, and customer growth initiatives. PMWEB said he will work closely with Roberts, Viswanathan, and other senior leaders to ensure the company’s commercial direction remains aligned with evolving customer needs, particularly among owner-operators managing large and complex capital programs.

Novak brings more than two decades of experience scaling revenue within high-growth SaaS organizations. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at TrueContext, where he led global sales in the field management technology sector. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at Procore Technologies, helping expand the general contractor business to more than $300 million in North American revenue.
His background also includes senior leadership roles at Oracle and Autodesk, where he focused on building long-term revenue structures aligned with product strategy and measurable customer outcomes.
Strengthening Product and Technology Leadership
The company emphasized that Novak’s commercial expertise complements the product-driven leadership of Vijai Viswanathan, who joined PMWEB in February 2025. Viswanathan has more than 25 years of experience across enterprise technology and previously held roles at Intuit, LexisNexis, Zapproved, and Exterro.
As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Viswanathan is guiding the next generation of PMWEB’s platform to better support multi-year capital programs with enhanced analytics, performance, and governance capabilities.
