Power Motive Corp. Announces Key Leadership Promotions to Support Strategic Growth

Denver, CO — Power Motive Corp., a leading provider of heavy equipment solutions across the Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions, is pleased to announce several leadership promotions that reflect the company’s continued growth and its commitment to building a strong foundation for long-term success.

Rob Leavel has been appointed to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, recognizing his outstanding leadership and impact across the organization. Rob brings almost thirty years of industry experience to his new role, having held various executive and senior positions in sales and operations. In this elevated role, Rob will take on broader responsibilities to help guide strategic priorities and initiatives across the PMC footprint. “I am excited to take on this new role within PMC, and I look forward to working with the PMC Team to continue honoring our core values and delivering exceptional service to our customers and business partners,” said Leavel.

Zach Prusik has been promoted to Vice President of Product Support, succeeding Rob Leavel. Zach has almost twenty years of experience in the distribution and heavy equipment industries, including the past eight years with Power Motive Corp. He began his career at PMC in the warehouse and has steadily risen through the ranks, most recently serving as General Manager of Parts. His deep operational knowledge and strong leadership skills make him well suited to lead the Product Support Team.

Raymond Alberti has been named General Manager of Parts, succeeding Zach Prusik. Raymond brings over twenty years of experience to his new role and has played a significant role in the development of the expanded PMC footprint following the acquisition of Komatsu Southwest. Raymond has a deep understanding of parts operations and will be instrumental in driving continued efficiency and providing an elevated level of customer service.

These promotions took effect on June 1, 2025. “These leadership promotions are well-earned and reinforce PMC’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and service excellence as we continue to grow,” says CEO Mac Blount.
