HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Construction material management platform Remarcable announced it has raised $15 million in a Series A funding round led by global software investor Insight Partners. The funding will support accelerated product development, expanded supplier integrations, and deeper contractor support across the U.S.
Tackling Jobsite Material Chaos
The construction industry still heavily relies on outdated methods like clipboards, phone calls, and emails to manage materials — a process prone to errors and inefficiencies. Remarcable aims to change that.
"Trade contractors are the backbone of our infrastructure—from power distribution to high-rises. Yet most still rely on clipboards, phone calls, and emails to manage materials," the company stated in its release.
Founded by a team of industry veterans — including foremen, purchasers, project managers, and engineers — Remarcable was designed specifically to meet the needs of trade contractors who have long struggled with fragmented material workflows.

“Our founding team… lived the frustration of chasing materials across multiple jobsites,” the company said. “We set out to create a platform that brings procurement, tools, prefab, and warehouse workflows together—giving every user real-time visibility and control.”
Since its launch, Remarcable has quickly gained traction, becoming the go-to platform for electrical contractors — now serving over 40% of the top 50 in the U.S.
A Unified Ecosystem
Remarcable connects field teams, office staff, and suppliers, allowing them to plan, order, and track materials seamlessly from a single platform.
The platform includes:
- Seven-Point API/EDI Supplier Integrations
Contractors gain real-time access to product pricing and availability, sending digital RFQs, receiving quotes, and issuing purchase requests that flow directly into suppliers’ ERPs. - Plug-and-Play Accounting Connections
With integrations to 25 accounting systems, invoices are automatically synced and reconciled with matching POs and quotes — “done in seconds instead of hours.” - Field-First Interface
“Whether it’s a field user requesting materials, a warehouse lead tracking stock, or an office manager processing invoices, everyone works from the same dashboard,” the company said. “That means fewer phone calls, fewer emails, and fewer data errors.”
Looking Ahead
With the new funding, Remarcable plans to further invest in:
- AI-powered tools to streamline workflows
- Enhanced features across its platform
- A broader supplier network
- Becoming a one-stop solution for contractors’ material needs
“Our solution reduces the clutter of multiple tech tools,” the company added, “offering a singular, intuitive solution for every department.”
