Michelle Grossman, Partner & Director of Leadership Solutions
With a background in design engineering and site planning, Grossman leads the firm’s Leadership Solutions division. Drawing from her technical expertise and customer success strategies, she will guide clients through the feasibility, design, bid, construction, and closeout stages of projects, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Alexandre Lachaud, Partner & Director of Technical Solutions
A Master’s degree holder in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University, Lachaud has demonstrated exceptional technical expertise throughout his tenure at SBI. Leading the Technical Solutions division, Lachaud will leverage the firm’s vast project database and data-driven insights to support clients with cost control, project execution, and risk management strategies.
