Skanska USA Building promotes Tom Leptich to Vice President of Operations and Albert Martin to Vice President-Account Manager in Seattle

Seattle, Wash. – Skanska, a leadingglobal construction and development firm, has promoted Tom Leptich to VicePresident of Operations, and Albert Martin to Vice President/Account Managerfor its Skanska USA Building operations across the Puget Sound region and theInland Northwest. Each has spent more than two decades with the company andcultivated a reputation based on leadership, integrity and deliveringoutstanding results.
Tom Leptich –Vice President of Operations
As VicePresident of Operations, Leptich will oversee project execution and fieldoperations across Washington, partnering with Account Managers to supportprojects, people, and customers. He will continue to champion operationalconsistency, workforce development, innovation, and excellence in projectdelivery.

Since joining Skanska in 2000, Tom has demonstrated astrong commitment to operational excellence, developing people, and deliveringsuccessful project outcomes. Over his 26-year career with Skanska, he has builtextensive experience leading teams across a diverse portfolio of projects,including commercial office, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, K-12,life sciences, industrial, and multifamily markets.
Leptich holds a Bachelor of Sciencein Construction Management from the University of Washington.
Albert Martin– Vice President-Account Manager
As Vice President-Account Manager, Martin willcontinue his focus on building Skanska’s K-12 market, as well as strengtheningand expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, andensuring the company continues to deliver on the exceptional value clientsexpect from Skanska.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Sciencein Construction Management from Washington State University.
Skanska USABuilding’s Seattle Office: A Talent-Rich Environment
The two promotions are the latest in a series fromwithin the talent-rich Seattle office. In late July, former Vice President-AccountManager Brian Urban was named Executive Vice President-General Manager ofSkanska USA Building’s California operations. Prior to that, in May, formerSenior Vice President of Operations, Don Kowalchuk, was named Executive VicePresident-General Manager of the Seattle office when Lew Guerette, the office’sformer Executive Vice President-General Manager, was promoted to RegionalExecutive Officer overseeing Skanska’s West Coast building operations acrossWashington, Oregon and California.
