STO Building Group Goes Global: New Leadership Strengthens International Services
STO Building Group, one of the biggest builders in the US, just bolstered its Global Services team with some heavy hitters.
Leading the charge is Beth Moore, a commercial real estate expert with a proven track record of client success. Moore will co-lead the team alongside seasoned STO veteran Roger Saleeby. Her diverse background, spanning companies like WeWork and CBRE, brings a wealth of experience in client-centric strategies, from workspace management to project execution.
"Beth's passion for delivering tailored value to clients is exactly what we need," says Eugene White, Executive Vice President at STO Building Group. "Her expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our global reach."
Joining Moore is Oliver Petrovic, a seasoned real estate professional who will oversee business development. Petrovic brings a strong understanding of workplace management and project execution, honed through his experience at Northwell Health and other leading firms.
Rounding out the new team is Lou Ottrando, a long-time STO professional who will serve as Director of Operations. Ottrando's 20+ years of project management experience and deep knowledge of STOBG's safety and quality standards ensure that clients receive top-notch service.
"Our Global Services team works hand-in-hand with our clients, builders, and Alliance Partners to deliver consistent, predictable results across their entire portfolio," explains White. "This expansion strengthens our ability to leverage our platform and help our clients succeed on a global scale."
