T5 Services Announces Next Phase of Strategic Evolution with Launch of EverOn Data Center Services and Operations Transition to Salute

EverOn DCS emerges as an independent, data center-focused construction company while T5 Operations joins Salute to strengthen operational excellence across digital infrastructure industry.

ATLANTA - T5 Services today announced the next phase of its strategic evolution, transitioning two specialized organizations purpose-built to better serve the rapidly expanding digital infrastructure industry.

Effective today, T5 Construction becomes EverOn Data Center Services (EverOn DCS), an independent data center construction company dedicated exclusively to delivering mission-critical digital infrastructure. At the same time, T5 Operations enters a definitive agreement to join Salute, bringing together two industry-leading operations organizations to expand global capabilities, strengthening operational performance and helping customers maximize uptime across their mission-critical facilities.

Together, these strategic moves position both organizations to accelerate growth, deepen specialized expertise and better serve customers across the data center lifecycle.

EverOn DCS represents the natural evolution of a construction business that has grown from $87 million in revenue in 2021 to $1.7 billion in 2025, 83% of that revenue due to third-party construction projects. As part of today's announcement, Salute, a global leader in integrated data center lifecycle services leading the AI data center evolution, has announced a deal to acquire T5 Operations, creating additional opportunities for employees while providing customers access to broader technical resources, expanded geographic reach and continued investment in operational excellence.

EverOn and Salute will continue working together as strategic partners where customers benefit from seamless collaboration between construction and operations, ensuring facilities are built with long-term performance, faster time to market and operational readiness in mind.
