Belmont, NC, October 24, 2024 – The 1776® Community invites home builders to “build the revolution” by joining its new licensee program. This initiative offers builders access to sales and marketing materials, proven strategies for developing a new 1776® Community, and strategic insights from the founder of the first trademarked 1776® Community. Home construction is currently underway in the first community, a 55+ neighborhood in Gastonia, North Carolina, with groundbreaking recently completed for a second all-ages community in Moore, South Carolina. Future developments are planned for Keller, Texas, and Hermiston, Oregon, among others.
