Vision Infrastructure Solutions Names Jonielle Dedman CEO to Drive Growth and Workforce Expansion
Vision Infrastructure Solutions has appointed Jonielle Dedman as chief executive officer, signaling a strategic push to expand its national platform and strengthen its position in critical infrastructure services.
The announcement, made April 7, comes as demand continues to rise for specialized trades tied to infrastructure maintenance, safety compliance and system reliability across the United States.

Dedman will oversee the company’s strategy, operations and growth initiatives as Vision continues to scale its services in fire suppression, vertical transportation and material handling.
Leadership Experience to Accelerate Growth Strategy
Dedman brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across construction, field service and industrial equipment sectors. Her career has focused on operational transformation, acquisitions and navigating complex regulatory environments within both founder-led and private equity-backed organizations.
“Jonielle brings a rare combination of deep domain expertise in vertical transportation and proven leadership across national field service organizations,” said Joseph Scaretta, co-founder of Vision. “She began her career working in vertical transportation and advanced into executive leadership within private equity-backed businesses, giving her a clear understanding of how to drive performance, support enterprise clients, and scale operations. She is uniquely qualified to lead Vision, and we are excited about the operational discipline, focus on service excellence and momentum she will bring to the business, which will drive industry disruption.”
Before joining Vision, Dedman served as CEO of Chronicle Heritage and previously as chief operating officer of EMSAR, where she led operational strategy across multiple business units and improved service delivery performance.
She began her career at Otis Elevator Company, where she participated in the company’s General Management Program and advanced through leadership roles including territory manager, branch sales manager and branch manager. Her experience included overseeing complex infrastructure projects at major transportation hubs such as Los Angeles International Airport.
Focus on Workforce Development and Critical Trades
Dedman emphasized the importance of strengthening the skilled trades workforce as infrastructure demands grow nationwide.
“I’m proud to join Vision at a time when the need for skilled, essential trades services has never been greater,” she said. “Vision has built a strong foundation with a clear focus on serving critical infrastructure trades and supporting customers with integrity and expertise. I look forward to working with the team to continue driving meaningful impact across the industry.”
Vision Infrastructure Solutions provides specialized services focused on maintaining and upgrading critical systems that support building safety and operational continuity. Its offerings span fire suppression systems, vertical transportation such as elevators and escalators, and material handling infrastructure.
The company said Dedman’s appointment reflects its commitment to building a leadership team with both technical expertise and operational depth. As infrastructure systems age and regulatory requirements become more complex, demand for these services is expected to continue increasing.
Backed by MasonMade Ventures, Vision is positioning itself to expand its footprint and deliver specialized solutions that prioritize safety, compliance and uptime for clients nationwide.
Dedman’s leadership is expected to play a key role in scaling operations and supporting workforce development initiatives as the company responds to growing industry demand.
