ATLANTA — Ameribrands is expanding its footprint in the hospitality construction sector with the acquisition of Construction and Hospitality Services, LLC (CHS), a national provider of hotel and commercial renovation services now rebranded as Commercial Hospitality Solutions.

The deal strengthens Ameribrands’ ability to deliver large-scale renovation projects across the United States, particularly in the hotel and hospitality space. CHS, based in Melbourne, brings more than a decade of experience and a client base spanning both residential and commercial sectors.
“CHS is perfectly synergistic with our previous acquisition of Genesis, expanding our resources and growing our hospitality division,” said Rodney Strickland, president and CEO of Ameribrands.
The acquisition follows Ameribrands’ 2025 purchase of Genesis Hotel Renovations, a Plano, Texas-based firm specializing in similar services. Together, the two companies enhance Ameribrands’ ability to provide integrated, nationwide renovation solutions for multi-site hospitality clients.
“CHS is perfectly synergistic with our previous acquisition of Genesis, expanding our resources and growing our hospitality division,” Strickland said. “Our vision is to deliver fast, consistent, and exceptional large-scale renovation projects across the country, and we remain in acquisition mode, selectively pursuing similar hospitality focused businesses to expand and strengthen our platform.”
By combining CHS and Genesis, Ameribrands is building a network of complementary service providers aimed at improving efficiency, consistency and scalability in renovation delivery. The company said this strategy allows it to better meet growing demand from national hospitality brands seeking streamlined project execution.
CHS leadership also emphasized the benefits of joining a larger platform.
“Our team is a natural fit within the Ameribrands family,” said Rusty Rich, CEO of CHS. “We can accomplish even more together and we look forward to a partnership of seeing that happen.”
Ameribrands, founded in 2023, has rapidly expanded through targeted acquisitions designed to create a scalable, multi-service construction and facilities platform. In addition to CHS and Genesis, the company has acquired Allied Stainless, a manufacturer of food service equipment, and operates several subsidiaries focused on facility services, supply distribution and construction management staffing.
“Respected, founder-led businesses such as CHS and Genesis add value to the Ameribrands platform, enabling diversity and growth in new verticals,” said David Panton, chairman of Ameribrands. “We are on an expansion journey, and CHS is the natural next step as we build. We plan to continue to partner with businesses that help us scale with speed and quality.”
The CHS transaction was completed in partnership with Little River Partners, which also supported the earlier Genesis acquisition.
“We love seeing our clients grow,” said Tristan Wynn, managing partner of Little River Partners. “CHS is Ameribrands’ second acquisition in hospitality, with more to come.”

Company leaders said the integrated platform model is already delivering measurable benefits.
“We’ve seen direct benefits from this model,” Strickland said. “We’ve been able to increase deal sizes and improve margins - something that wouldn’t be possible if the businesses operated independently.”
CHS offers a full range of services, from minor repairs to complete construction projects, supported by a team with more than 100 years of combined experience across electrical, structural inspection, project management and general contracting disciplines.
As Ameribrands continues to expand, the company signaled that additional acquisitions are likely, particularly in sectors aligned with hospitality, retail and multi-site commercial construction.
