In a milestone that underscores Miami’s booming ultra-luxury market, Dezer Development and Bentley Motors have completed the foundation mat pour for Bentley Residences Miami, marking the largest residential concrete pour in Florida’s history. Located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the exclusive tower is the first Bentley-branded residential building in the world and is now ready to begin its vertical ascent.

The construction achievement, delivered in partnership with Coastal Construction, involved statistics rarely seen in residential development. Over 36 uninterrupted hours, the crew deployed 2,100 truckloads, 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel, and 10 concrete pumps. This pour now stands as the second-largest foundation pour in U.S. residential construction, setting the stage for the building’s 716-foot height — soon to become one of the tallest oceanfront structures in the country. Units start at $5.8 million.
Dezer Development President Gil Dezer emphasized the project’s ambition and craftsmanship.
“Setting a record of this scale is an incredible achievement and a defining moment for Bentley Residences,” Dezer said. “This milestone is not only a testament to the strength and precision behind the project but also to the shared vision of creating a landmark that embodies innovation, craftsmanship, and the future of luxury living in Miami.”
Bentley Residences is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors. The 216-unit tower will feature detailing that echoes the iconic British automobile brand — from diamond-patterned surfaces to hand-finished hardware resembling luxury car interiors. As the structure moves toward its planned 2028 completion, each residence will be crafted to reflect Bentley’s legacy of high-performance design.
Coastal Construction Co-President Sean Murphy highlighted the importance of the record-setting foundation phase.
“The mat foundation pour at Bentley Residences marks a defining milestone for one of South Florida’s most extraordinary developments,” Murphy said. “This is a testament to our project team’s hard work and dedication and we look forward to the next major milestone, as we go vertical!”
