Grow Therapy is expanding its New York City presence with a new office of more than 78,000 square feet at 145 Delancey Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side. The expansion will create 123 full-time jobs and support additional investment in the company's technology and research operations.
Announced by New York Governor Kathy Hochul on November 4, 2026, the project includes $9.9 million in research and development investment and another $15 million to build out the new office.
Grow Therapy operates a mental health platform that provides in-person and online therapy and psychiatric care. The latest expansion builds on the company's earlier investment in New York City.
Empire State Development is supporting the expansion with up to $1.4 million in performance-based Excelsior Jobs Program tax credits. The incentives are intended to support employment growth and encourage continued business investment in New York State.
The project follows Grow Therapy's November 2025 expansion announcement. Across both projects, the company has committed to creating 309 new jobs, retaining 94 existing positions and investing $40.9 million in its New York operations.
The latest investment strengthens Manhattan's position as a location for technology-driven businesses and companies developing services within the healthcare sector.
Grow Therapy's expansion demonstrates how technology and healthcare companies are contributing to New York City's commercial real estate demand and employment growth. The new office investment also highlights the role of state economic development incentives in attracting business expansion, supporting research and development and strengthening the city's innovation economy.
