Inpro, a leading manufacturer of architectural products, has unveiled plans to construct a new 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Muskego Industrial Park, Wisconsin. The expansion is part of the company’s strategic plan to increase production capacity and streamline operations across its wall protection division.

The new facility will consolidate multiple production cells into one scalable site, enabling Inpro to improve operational efficiency and meet growing business demand. It will include 27,090 square feet of warehouse space and 2,668 square feet of office space, housing manufacturing, logistics, and office operations under one roof.
“This facility represents an important investment in Inpro’s future,” said CEO Marc Holland. “It positions us to continue growing while maintaining the quality, service and lead times our customers rely on. At the same time, it reflects our commitment to the community where our company was founded.”
Construction is in the approval phase with the City of Muskego, with work expected to begin in spring 2026 and occupancy anticipated by fall 2026. The facility has been designed to increase manufacturing capacity and modernize workflows, enabling Inpro to better serve existing operations while accommodating future growth.

“Designing our operations with intention allows us to run more efficiently while creating a safer, more streamlined environment for our teams,” said Craig Faust, Chief Operating Officer. “This facility supports how we operate today while positioning us for future growth.”
Inpro emphasized that the project reflects a long-term commitment to operational excellence and environmental responsibility. The new building will incorporate sustainable construction practices while supporting workforce safety and productivity.
Industry experts note that manufacturing companies are increasingly consolidating operations and investing in modern facilities to meet rising demand, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards. Inpro’s new facility aligns with these trends and positions the company to strengthen its footprint in the Midwest market.
“This expansion demonstrates that strategic investment and thoughtful design can drive operational efficiency and create long-term benefits for both our employees and customers,” Holland added.
With the construction of this facility, Inpro aims to enhance its ability to deliver products on time, maintain high quality, and continue to serve as a reliable partner for architectural and construction projects nationwide.
