STV has expanded its leadership team to support these evolving infrastructure needs through the promotion of two executives focused on mobility technology and infrastructure protection.
STV appointed Adrian Pearmine, PE, as vice president and national director of mobility technologies and promoted Matthew Dimmick, CPTED, CPP, PSP, CPD, to vice president and senior security development director.
The appointments are focused on advancing STV’s work in connected mobility, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), cybersecurity and security strategies for infrastructure assets.
In his expanded role, Pearmine will lead STV’s mobility technology initiatives, including connected and automated vehicle systems, ITS programs and digital platforms designed to improve transportation network operations.
Pearmine is a civil engineer with nearly 30 years of experience developing mobility and transportation technology programs for agencies nationwide. His work will support STV’s efforts in deploying connected infrastructure solutions across transportation networks.
Dimmick will oversee the integration of physical security, operational technology and cybersecurity strategies into infrastructure planning and delivery.
With three decades of experience in security, risk management and technology protection programs, Dimmick will support projects involving transportation systems, aviation facilities, commercial buildings and other critical infrastructure assets.
STV’s security approach includes solutions involving surveillance systems, access controls, communications networks and secure operations centers designed to improve infrastructure resilience.
Transportation, energy and digital infrastructure systems are becoming increasingly interconnected, creating new requirements for owners and public agencies managing complex assets.
