Tommy’s Express Car Wash has begun construction on its second Flex Model carwash in Colorado Springs, expanding its footprint with a concept that combines interior and exterior vehicle cleaning services.

The new facility, located at 8004 Peony Heights near a Dutch Bros. Coffee site, is expected to open later this year. The project is owned and operated by local franchisees Megan and Christopher Poe.
This location will join the brand’s existing Flex Model site at Garden of the Gods, currently the only other location in the area offering both interior and exterior cleaning services.
The new carwash will feature Tommy’s Express’ proprietary building design and conveyor system, including a dual-belt setup capable of washing vehicles in under three minutes.
Large bay windows will allow customers to view the washing process, while the system is designed to accommodate a wide range of vehicle types efficiently.
“Opening our new flex model here in Colorado Springs isn’t just about showcasing a space; it’s about delivering a fresh standard of care,” said local owner and operator Megan Poe. “From the spotless interior to the pristine exterior, every detail reflects our commitment to quality, flexibility and a better experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The facility will also include free self-service vacuum stations and mat washers, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Customers will be able to enroll in the TommyClub Unlimited Wash Membership through the company’s mobile app. The system uses license plate recognition technology to enable automatic entry and streamlined service access.
Members will have access to multiple wash packages tailored to different needs and budgets.
