HOLLYWOOD, FL – Starlife Group has celebrated the structural topping off of 21 Hollywood, its 14-story mixed-use residential tower at 2100 N Federal Highway in Hollywood, Florida. The milestone underscores the remarkable construction momentum behind the project, propelled by Starlife’s vertically integrated development model and its close partnership with the City. Together, those factors have allowed the team to maintain an exceptionally smooth, accelerated trajectory from groundbreaking to topping off.

The ceremony brought together Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy, Hollywood City Commissioners, project partners and community stakeholders, who joined Starlife Group Founder & CEO Gevorg Shahbazyan and members of the firm’s leadership team for a celebration of the milestone. The development will feature 200 luxury rental apartment residences and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and is anticipated to open in early 2027.

“21 Hollywood stands as a defining project for this corridor, bringing new energy to a part of the city that’s been poised for growth,” Shahbazyan said. “Topping off on our signature project in our own backyard, and doing so in such a short time, is a proud moment for our team and for the city. This project reflects our vision for a shining Hollywood, and it’s exciting to watch that vision take shape.”

The building features a wide array of luxury amenities meant to support how people live today. This includes an elevated pool deck with private cabanas, a dedicated yoga and Pilates studio, a full fitness center, golf simulator, co-working and business spaces, a cinema room, a game room, children’s play area

and a dog park with a wash station. Ground-floor retail will bring additional convenience for residents, with Starlife anticipating bringing a café or beauty tenant to the space.

Nearly one year after breaking ground in December 2024, Starlife Group completed vertical construction on 21 Hollywood in November following a record seven-month build. The accelerated timeline underscores the speed, coordination and efficiency required to deliver a complex ground-up high-rise and reflects Starlife’s integrated platform, with Starlife Builders led by its Founder & President Arman Shahbazyan serving as the project’s general contractor.

Under Arman’s leadership, Starlife Builders has overseen day-to-day execution and on-site delivery of 21 Hollywood, ensuring seamless coordination between development planning and construction operations.

“When development and construction work in lockstep, progress accelerates,” said Arman Shahbazyan, Founder & President of Starlife Builders and General Contractor of 21 Hollywood. “21 Hollywood reflects disciplined execution, careful planning and a hands-on approach that allows our teams to move efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.”

The topping off follows several key project milestones this year, including the launch of Starlife Group’s EB-5 investor program for 21 Hollywood. The program allows qualified international investors and their immediate families to pursue U.S. residency through participation in the project, while supporting continued job creation and investment in Hollywood. Over the life of the development, 21 Hollywood is expected to generate significant direct and indirect employment, reinforcing the project’s economic impact on the city and the broader South Florida region.
